Though the federation has come up, its structure is still non-formal and evolving.

There is a 75-member task force of domestic workers. The task force members include five members each from each community and thus 15 communities are represented on the overall task force.

The task force members are responsible for community work. They play important role in ratifying problem of domestic workers and give strength to domestic workers.
